Amazing You Sleep Magnesium Lotion is a fast-absorbing magnesium body lotion designed to be used as part of a relaxing bedtime routine. It combines magnesium chloride with chamomile flower extract and lavender oil in a rich, smooth lotion that moisturises and softens the skin while providing a calming lavender and chamomile aroma. The product is TGA listed (AUST L 318335) and is intended for external use.

How to Use

Approximately 20 minutes before bed, massage 1-2 pumps into the tops of the feet, behind the knees and the lower back. Massage thoroughly until absorbed. A little goes a long way, so avoid applying more than needed.

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Chamomile Flower Extract (Chamomilla Recutita), Lavender Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia), Aqua (Purified Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Glycerin, Glyceryl Monostearate, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate & Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid.
