Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion Goodnight is a lightweight, fragrance-free magnesium lotion designed for use as part of an evening wind-down routine. It combines Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride with melatonin and OptiMSM® in a fast-absorbing formula that leaves the skin feeling soft without a greasy residue. Each 1mL pump provides 3mg of melatonin and 35mg of OptiMSM®.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to areas such as the neck, chest or abdomen approximately 30 minutes before your evening wind-down. Massage gently into the skin until absorbed. The manufacturer recommends using it nightly as part of a consistent bedtime routine.
