Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes are pure magnesium chloride flakes sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. They dissolve quickly in warm water without leaving grit or residue, making them ideal for relaxing full-body baths or foot soaks. The fragrance-free formula contains no added dyes, preservatives or synthetic ingredients and is suitable for incorporating into an evening wind-down or post-activity bathing routine.

How to Use

Fill a bath or basin with warm water, ideally around 39°C. Add up to 1 full bag for a full-body bath or up to 3 cups for a foot soak. Soak for 20 minutes or longer, then rinse with warm water and gently pat the skin dry.

Ingredients

Genuine Zechstein Magnesium Chloride Flakes (and trace minerals). Approximately 15g of elemental magnesium per cup. The formula contains no added fragrance, dyes or preservatives.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the packaging securely sealed when not in use.
