Carwari Organic Instant Miso Soup is a convenient and nourishing Japanese-style soup made with fresh organic miso paste and natural organic vegetable garnishes. Flavoured with organic shiitake mushroom and complemented by green onion, Jerusalem artichoke and onion, it delivers a deep, rich umami flavour with a light, comforting finish. This vegan-friendly instant soup is made in Japan using authentic fermented miso and contains no MSG, artificial colours or preservatives, making it an easy and wholesome option for a quick snack, light meal or lunch accompaniment.

How to Use

Empty one sachet of miso paste and one sachet of dried vegetables into a cup or bowl. Add approximately 160-180mL of hot water, stir well until the miso paste is completely dissolved, and enjoy immediately. For a heartier meal, add tofu, cooked noodles, seaweed, mushrooms or steamed vegetables before serving.

Miso Paste: Organic Soy Beans, Organic Rice, Water, Salt, Organic Sugar, Organic Soy Sauce, Organic Rice Vinegar, Organic Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Organic Rice Fermented Seasoning, Yeast Extract.

Dried Ingredients: Organic Green Onion, Organic Jerusalem Artichoke, Organic Onion.

Contains Soy, Wheat and Gluten. May also contain traces of Sesame, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish and Seeds.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep unopened sachets sealed until ready to use, and consume as early as possible after opening to maintain optimum flavour and freshness. Shelf life is approximately 6 months when stored correctly.
