Chief Organic Biltong - Traditional is a tender, slow air-dried beef snack made from organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Australian beef. Thinly sliced beef is seasoned with a traditional blend of cumin, nutmeg and black pepper, creating a savoury snack without garlic or onion. Each 30g serve is made from approximately 70g of beef before the water is removed, concentrating the naturally occurring protein and nutrients.

This biltong is high in protein, low in carbohydrates and made without seed oils or added preservatives. It can be enjoyed as a convenient snack on the go or added to salads and meals for an easy source of protein.

How to Use

Enjoy straight from the packet as a convenient savoury snack. It can also be added to salads, pizza and other meals for an easy protein boost. Each 30g bag contains one serve, while the 90g bag contains three serves.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The unopened product can last up to 12 months without refrigeration. Refrigerate or freeze for longer storage once opened, and consume within 3 days of opening.
