Healing Concepts Organic Spearmint is a refreshing herbal infusion made from certified organic spearmint (Mentha spicata). It has a naturally cooling and refreshing flavour and can be enjoyed as a soothing herbal tea, either on its own or as part of a herbal blend.

How to Use

Add 1 teaspoon of dried herb per cup of boiling water into an infuser, teapot or plunger. Allow to steep for 5-15 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
