Healing Concepts Certified Organic Gotu Kola is a traditional herbal infusion made from dried Gotu Kola leaves. Gotu Kola has a long history of traditional use and is described by Healing Concepts as supporting mental alertness, learning and memory, as well as being traditionally used for skin and joint wellbeing.

How to Use

Add 1 teaspoon of dried Gotu Kola leaves to a cup and top with boiling water. Infuse for 10-15 minutes before drinking. If you are new to Gotu Kola, start with a shorter infusion. Begin with one cup per day and gradually increase to up to 3 cups per day for a maximum of 6 weeks.
