Healing Concepts Certified Organic Valerian is a traditional herbal infusion commonly enjoyed as a calming evening tea. Valerian is traditionally used to support relaxation, restful sleep and digestive comfort.

How to Use

Steep 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water for 20 minutes, keeping the cup covered while it infuses. Drink 1-3 cups per day. Avoid using boiling water, as the volatile oils can evaporate at relatively low temperatures. Spearmint or peppermint can be added to improve the flavour.
