Martin & Pleasance Schuessler Tissue Salts Combination H is a traditional homeopathic tissue salt preparation for the temporary relief of hayfever, allergies and rhinitis. It contains three mineral tissue salts in a convenient tablet format. The tablets are traditionally hand-ground and can be chewed or dissolved in water.

How to Use

Chew the tablets or crush and dissolve them in water. For acute conditions, take every half hour, up to 6 doses per day, until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily. Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed. Always read the label and use only as directed. Ingredients

Each tablet contains equal amounts of 6X: Mag Phos (Magnesium Phosphate), Nat Mur (Sodium Chloride), Silica (Silicon Dioxide), Lactose Base. Tablets contain lactose.
