How to Use

Add 1 heaped tablespoon (approximately 10g) to 250mL of boiling water and stir well until completely dissolved for a warm, nourishing cup of miso ramen broth. For a quick ramen bowl, add cooked noodles, tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, egg or your favourite protein. It can also be used as a flavourful base for soups, stir-fries, rice dishes, sauces and marinades to add rich Japanese-inspired umami flavour.

Storage
