Carwari - Organic Unhulled Tahini 375g

Carwari Organic Unhulled Tahini is a rich, stone-milled sesame paste made from 100% certified organic unhulled white sesame seeds. Because the sesame seeds are left unhulled, this tahini has a slightly darker colour, a deeper nutty flavour and a gentle natural bitterness compared with traditional hulled tahini. Smooth, creamy and full of authentic sesame flavour, it is perfect for hummus, dressings, sauces, baking and a wide range of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. Made in Australia from imported organic ingredients, it contains no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

How to Use

Stir well before use, as natural oil separation may occur. Use as a base for hummus, baba ghanoush, tahini dressings, dips and sauces, or spread on toast, crackers and sandwiches for a nutritious snack. It can also be added to smoothies, cookies, cakes, halva, energy balls and other sweet or savoury recipes for a rich sesame flavour.
