How to Use

Cook your choice of protein, tofu or vegetables with a diced onion until lightly browned. Reduce the heat and stir through one jar of Satay Peanuts along with 400ml coconut cream, then simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is rich and creamy. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime before serving with steamed rice. It also makes an excellent dipping sauce for satay skewers, a marinade for BBQ meats or tofu, a stir-fry sauce for vegetables and noodles, or can be mixed with yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to create a delicious dip or salad dressing.
