How to Use

Sauté 1kg of your choice of protein, tofu or vegetables with one jar of Thai Red Curry Paste until lightly browned. Add 400ml coconut milk, ½ cup of water and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce or soy sauce (optional), then cook over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through. Garnish with fresh basil, coriander and a squeeze of lime, then serve generously over steamed rice or your favourite noodles. For a twist, add vegetables such as broccoli or potatoes, or use the paste to create a Thai-style laksa with noodles and coconut milk.
