Carwari Organic Sesame Flour is a finely milled flour made from 100% certified organic white sesame seeds after the oil has been gently pressed from the seeds. Naturally rich in sesame flavour, it has a smooth, nutty taste and a light texture that makes it a versatile addition to both sweet and savoury recipes. This gluten-free flour is ideal for baking, pancakes, breads, smoothies, energy balls and Japanese-inspired cooking, and contains no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

How to Use

Use as a partial flour replacement in cakes, muffins, pancakes, breads and cookies to add a delicate sesame flavour and extra richness. It can also be blended into smoothies, porridge, yoghurt, sauces, dips and dessert fillings, or sprinkled over cereal, fruit and baked goods for added flavour and nutrition. For baking, start by replacing around 10-20% of regular flour with sesame flour and adjust to taste.
