Chief Organic Beef Sticks - Mexican are a savoury, protein-rich snack made from organic, grass-fed Australian beef. Naturally fermented and cured, these beef sticks are lightly smoked over Barossa Valley red gum and seasoned with herbs and spices for a subtle Mexican-inspired flavour. Each 25g stick provides approximately 8.4g of protein, making it a convenient snack for lunchboxes, travel, busy days or after exercise.

Made without synthetic curing agents or phosphates, these beef sticks use cultured Swiss chard and rosemary as part of the curing process. They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and nut free, with no added preservatives. The product is shelf stable and suitable for adults and kids.

Australian organic grass-fed beef (91%), herbs and spices, sea salt, a little honey to start the natural fermentation, cultured swiss chard powder, garlic, onion, natural flavour, antioxidant (rosemary extract), black pepper, starter culture and an edible collagen casing. Lightly smoked over Barossa Valley red-gum.
