Healing Concepts Certified Organic Nettle is a nutrient-rich herbal infusion made from dried nettle. Nettle is naturally rich in chlorophyll and is traditionally used as a nourishing herb to support general wellbeing, circulation and the body's natural cleansing processes.

How to Use

For a traditional nettle footbath, add 2 tablespoons of dried nettle to 2 litres of boiling water. Allow to cool to a comfortable temperature, then soak your feet in the infusion for approximately 20 minutes.
