Healing Concepts - Organic Skullcap tea 40g

Healing Concepts Certified Organic Skullcap is a traditional herbal infusion made from Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora). Skullcap has traditionally been used as a calming herb to support the nervous system and relaxation. It is also traditionally used for muscular tension, nervous headaches and restful sleep.

How to Use

Add 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup of boiling water and steep for 10-15 minutes. The manufacturer suggests taking it 3 times per day. Add a little honey if desired, or combine with mint to improve the flavour.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep sealed when not in use.
