How to Use

Add the contents of the pouch to 600mL of boiling water and stir well. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lentils are tender and the dahl reaches your desired consistency. Serve on its own or alongside rice, vegetables or flatbread.
