Martin & Pleasance Schuessler Tissue Salt Mag Phos is a traditional tissue salt formulated to assist with the temporary relief of muscle cramps, spasms, twitches and spasmodic pain. Known as the anti-spasmodic tissue salt, Mag Phos has traditionally been used to help relieve cramping, shooting and muscular discomfort, while supporting healthy nerve and muscle function. Suitable for the whole family, this traditional hand-ground tissue salt is easily absorbed and can be taken as part of your daily wellness routine.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet. Children: Take ½ tablet. Infants: Take ¼ tablet. Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water. For acute conditions, take every half hour (up to 6 doses daily) until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily, half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 0.5mcg of the Mineral Tissue Salt Magnesium Phosphate (Mag Phos 6X) in a lactose base.
