Martin & Pleasance Schuessler Tissue Salt Combination A is a traditional tissue salt formula developed to assist with the temporary relief of restless sleep associated with muscle cramps, sciatica, inflammation, neuralgia and neuritis. Traditionally used to support restful sleep by addressing discomfort that may interfere with sleep quality, this combination is suitable for the whole family and may be taken alongside other supportive therapies as part of a daily wellness routine.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet. Children: Take ½ tablet. Infants: Take ¼ tablet. Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water. For acute conditions, take every half hour (up to 6 doses daily) until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily, half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains equal amounts of 6x: Ferr Phos (Ferrum Phosphate), Kali Phos (Potassium Phosphate), Mag Phos (Magnesium Phosphate), in a lactose base.
