Nutra Naturals Protein Water Berry Bliss is a light, refreshing high-protein drink designed to make it easy to increase your daily protein intake while supporting hydration and muscle maintenance. Made with New Zealand grass-fed whey protein isolate, hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides and naturally occurring electrolytes, it provides 22g of protein per serve with a deliciously light berry flavour. With no added sugar, artificial colours or artificial flavours, it is a convenient alternative to heavier protein shakes and is ideal for enjoying throughout the day or after exercise.

How to Use

Add 30g (3 heaped tablespoons) to 350mL of water and mix or shake well until dissolved. Adjust the amount of water to suit your preferred flavour intensity - use approximately 500mL for a lighter flavour, 350mL for medium flavour or 200mL for a stronger flavour. Serve chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening and use a dry spoon when handling the powder to maintain freshness and quality.
