Nutra Naturals Thriving Family Unflavoured is a plant-based protein and wholefood multivitamin blend designed to support everyday nutrition for the whole family. It provides 15g of protein per 20g serve alongside 17 vitamins and minerals, prebiotic fibre and 1 billion CFU of probiotics. With a subtle earthy flavour and no added flavouring, it is particularly versatile for adding to smoothies, yoghurt, muffins, slices and savoury recipes without significantly changing the taste.

How to Use

Mix 20g (approximately 2 heaped tablespoons) into smoothies, yoghurt, porridge, slices, muffins or other recipes. It can also be used to replace a portion of the flour in baking recipes to increase their protein content. Up to 2 serves per day can be consumed, with protein ideally coming from a variety of dietary sources.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening and use a dry spoon when handling the powder to maintain freshness and quality.
