How to Use

Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons (30g) to 300mL of water, milk or your preferred milk alternative and mix well. It can also be blended into smoothies or added to foods such as porridge, yoghurt, slices and muffins. Up to 2 serves can be consumed per day, while maintaining a varied diet with protein from a range of sources.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening and use a dry spoon when handling the powder to maintain freshness and quality.
