Wheat* and Rye* Sprouted in Filtered Water, Dates^ (8%), Walnuts^ (5%), Rice Flour. Cooking Aid: Extra Virgin Olive Oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan). *Certified Biodynamic, ^Certified Organic.

Storage

After opening, keep refrigerated and store in the original packaging. Avoid storing in a sealed container as this may encourage mould growth. For longer storage, slice before freezing and remove slices as required.
