How to Use

Brush teeth at least twice daily or after meals for 2 minutes, or as recommended by your dental professional. Apply toothpaste to a toothbrush and brush thoroughly. Children five years and under should use a smear of toothpaste, while children six years and over should use a pea-sized amount. Avoid swallowing and rinse with a small amount of water after brushing. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
