How to Use

Sauté 500g of your choice of protein, tofu or vegetables with one jar of Laksa Curry Paste until lightly browned. Add 400ml coconut cream, 3 cups of chicken or vegetable stock and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, fish sauce or belacan (dried shrimp paste). Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 10 minutes until cooked through. Pour over your favourite noodles and garnish with fresh coriander, mint, chilli and a squeeze of lime. The paste can also be stirred through fried rice or noodles, used as a marinade for vegetables or protein, mixed into coconut yoghurt as a dipping sauce, or added to soups for an extra burst of flavour.

Tomatoes, Onion, Australian Canola Oil (GMO Free), Lemongrass, Water, Fresh Roasted Spices, Garlic, Galangal, Radish, Ginger, Salt, Raw Sugar, Vinegar.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a reasonable time to maintain freshness and flavour. Leftover prepared curry can also be frozen for later use.
