Made in small batches, this vibrant shrub captures the sweet, juicy flavour of strawberries with a delicate floral finish and the refreshing tartness of naturally fermented vinegar. Beautifully balanced between sweet and tangy, it makes a delicious addition to everyday drinks, mocktails and creative recipes.

How to Use

Mix 30ml of Strawberry and Hibiscus Shrub with approximately 150ml of still or sparkling water and serve over ice for a refreshing botanical drink. Add to soda water, mocktails or cocktails for a burst of strawberry flavour, or use as a flavourful addition to dressings, marinades, desserts and creative recipes.
